Teenagers: Any good books out there?
I like a romantic story or anything funny

Does any one remember these books?
I am in the middle of my first pregnancy and looking for the perfect books for my new coming baby girl. I don't remember the title, but I remember it's about a little girl who has a well and in it is a magic whale. I cant remember any other details than that.The other book I'm looking for is about a hippo that befriends an apple. I know these sound rediculous, but I was so in love with them when I was a child Can anyone help me?

Children's books about being different/Acceptance?
I'm looking for recommendations for kids books. I would like books that represent gay lesbian families, other " different" families, different cultures, races, etc. I want them to be represented positively.I have And Tango Makes Three and My Princess Boy.I'm really just trying to expand my child's " library" If you have any other suggestions like what you childs fave book is. List it.I wish I was cool enough to be an author. I didn't pay enough attention during school. My grammar mistakes are evidence of that Wow. So yeah I have books about counting and ABC's. Typical children's literature like Goodnight Moon. I was looking for something different to add. Something I may not have heard of. You may not agree with it but I do not care. I see nothing wrong with a book normalizing different families in the eyes of my child. I hear about stories about kids going to school and making fun of other kids because they draw a family picture and it doesn't match their own. My child will be raised by her white mom and dad. She'll spend much of her life around the same set up. I want something else there besides me just telling her. From what I've seen with children already these types of talks don't come up until the child is pointing it's finger at a little person or whoever. You can raise your child the way that you want. This is how I choose to raise mine. Nothing you can say will make me see how it could possibly be wrong.

Teens: What are you favorite books?
Teens What are some of your favorite books? I am really into Romantic novels, Distopias utopias, and yes i've fallen under loving vampire books as well. Some books i've already read are a few nicolas sparks ones, hunger games, twilight saga obviously I have read more than that but those are the ones i thought you might say. So aside from those, what are some books that you really love that follow the genres I like?

I'm doing a project for school, and I basically have to rewrite the Hunger Games, but as me, with all new characters. I need a cool boy name that would fit as the main character Everild 's brother. I really like the name Gale. Any that sound a little similar to that would be preferred

Should I write a Teen Pregnancy book?
Here's the thing. I want to publish my story only with a bit more fantasy in it. I am a teen mum of three, and pregnant with twins. I want to help other teen mums, and many girls read fantasy books. I also happen to be quite good at writing. Do you think documenting my life like this will be a good idea?? Also if I do, should I use the real names of my children, or change them?? xxxxx

This is the scenario and please read carefully this IS NOT the usual souvenir books you know,it does not serve Christmas Easter Birthdays,etc. You are a parent or grandparent and you are on some island for your summer holidays, with your family.You hold in your hands a 36 pages children book, A4 size.You open it and you see that the book can be personalized with your child's name, place of origin and even a dedication.A few pages later you find yourself reading an adventure story and you realize that your child nephew is the hero of it.You read more and you realize that the action of the story takes place exactly on the place you spend your holiday You also see watercolor illustrations which represent the heroes and the main touristic attractions you have visited in your holiday.You realize that the story is very entertaining and also has many informative messages for your little ones, related to the place and culture you are spending your time now.And finally, you understand that this book is an item you will not find to buy anywhere else but on that place you spend your holiday.How much money are you ready to spend on such a souvenir?

I was walking in the hallway and I dropped one of my books.This guy walks faster in front of me and picks it up and gives it to me. I smiled at him and said thanks, and he smiled back and said yeah.Means he likes me? Or just being nice?
