What Is a good baby shower gift? ?
I want to get something different, special, meaningful, it's for my brother and his wife. I got them the 4d sonogram, and things off the registry, but something meaningful and ideas??

I am hosting a baby shower and I need some ideas!?
I ordered all of the invitations, diaper cake, a big banner, address labels & a mommy to be crown and a daddy to be crown it's co ed but the guys are going to be outside while we do our girl stuff . I want to make a poster or something that all of the guests sign and write little notes and whatnot on it. Any ideas of how I should do it to make it cute? Like stickers & such? It's a monkey girl theme. Also, what is your favorite baby shower game s ?

Third baby shower for third baby in 4 years?
Im pretty much stuck going to this as she's my sort of SIL my fiance's brother's wife and we're both having babies and showers about the same time this is our first baby , but I kind of want to make sure I'm not just being some judgemental harpy.This will be her 3rd baby under the age of 4, she has an older boy and a 2 year old girl. This one is another girl. His brother also has two older 8 and 9 girls with his first wife. He makes very good money but they have really poor spending habits and she's had some drinking problems in the past they both smoke quite a bit of pot still, which is usually no big deal in my opinion... but to the point that they've lost their last 4 leases .Anyway, a few weeks ago she posted on facebook asking for someone to host her a baby shower. I ignored it, but her mom is throwing her one coupled with the older boy's birthday party, as she just posted mentioning gift ideas for both . Isn't this a bit much? I'm having my own baby, and we make a lot less than he does... I kind of want to skip the shower and not buy anything.

What should I ask for at my baby shower?
What are some things you asked people to bring? Im pregnant with my first, and am completely clueless as far as the baby shower goes. The baby shower will be in April, and im due in May with a baby girl. Thanks

When is a good time to throw a baby shower for triplets?
My cousin is one of my best friends, and she is pregnant with triplets. Right now, she is 22 weeks pregnant. We know she's having two boys and a girl. It's a surprise too, so this is why I can't ask my older cousin.My other cousin who is also the pregnant cousin's sister and I are throwing the shower, and we already have a list of stuff to buy and we have the invitations prepped and ready to print and a guest list...But the only reason we can't print the invites is because we have no idea when would be an appropriate date. We know for one baby, it's probably 7 8 months along...But triplets? They could be born at any time. Any suggestions? Thanks Addie< 3BQ I said to use a gender neutral color scheme like, greens and browns for the celebration, but my cousin says mostly blue because two boys and only one girl. I thought that would be sorta unfair. Thoughts?

My hubby wants to take our son to a baby shower?
My hubby wants to take our son who will be 10 days old on the day to his brother's girlfriend's baby shower the kid isn't his brothers and their relationship is... complicated . At the shower they are going to have a room for all of the kids to be in where the girlfriend's cousins are going to be watching the children. I don't know their cousins at all, I don't really want to leave him with them, and I am also worried about him getting really sick. I told my hubby that I didn't want him to go for these reasons and he says he thinks I am overreacting. Am I overreacting? Should I let him take our son to the shower?

Long distance baby shower....?
My sister has moved across the country and is currently pregnant. She doesn't have any family or many people supporting her out there, and my mother sister and I could like to kind of have a long distance baby shower for her. We don't want to get everyone together and celebrate via webcam with my sister. What we were thinking was more we'd send out invitations to send my sister motherly advice and words of wisdom and also if they wanted a gift along with a party favour that'd you get from a baby shower. We are having problems with how we should word the invitation. We don't want it to seem gift grabby. My sister has a lot of the major stuff she needs already. We want the advice the main part but also let people know that gifts are good too. Any ideas? We'd love to hear all positive ideas Thanks so much in advance

Lots of baby shower questions!? HELP!?
I am almost 14 weeks pregnant, but my mom keeps asking me about what my plans are for a baby shower. I'm in a wedding 4 weeks after my due date where I am maid of honor. Plus I have 2 cousins graduating high school this summer. So we want to pick a date, & let the other bridesmaid know & grads know so we don't double book anything. Plus my mom & I work opposite weekends so 1 of us needs to request off work at her work you have to do that much a head of time. If I'm due August 20th...would July 14th or 15th be OK for a shower? My question is how many people is to many people to invite? I have about 68 on a list. Mostly family What kinda stuff do your register for? My husband I are both very planned people. We have bought some dippers already in sizes 1 3 He thinks we have to buy EVERYTHING, I want to explain to him what we mostly likely will get as gifts.My guest list is almost all family my dad is 1 of 7 kids my mom 1 of 5 I hAve 19 1st cousins who are girls. That is not counting my husbands side. Or friend or family friends. We are NOT finding out the sex of the baby We have a savings account that will have almost $2500 in it by the time baby comes.
